Amendment in S.R.O.777(I)/2005, dated the 6th August,2005

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE Islamabad,the 11th November,2005 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.1124(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification S.R.O.777(I)/2005, dated the 6th August,2005, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 6th August,2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,- (1) against S.No. 1 in column (1), in column (3), for the existing entry the words and brackets “Master batches (coloured)” shall be substituted; and (2) against S.No 2 in column (1), in column (3), for the existing entry the letters and words “PVC Electric Insulation Tapes” shall be substituted. _________________________________________________________________________ [C.No.6(9)/2005-CB] (SHAHID AHMAD) Additional Secretary
