(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 774(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 551(I)/2008, dated the 11th June, 2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after S. No. 16 in column (1) and
the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new serial
number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“17. Phosphoric Acid falling under PCT Imported by or supplied to
Heading 2809.2010 phosphatic fertilizer industry
for the manufacture of
phosphatic fertilizer”.
