(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 721(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of
section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to
direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 509(I)/2007, dated the 9th June, 2007, the
following further amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been
so made on the 11th June, 2008, namely:-
In the said Notification, in the Table, after serial number 144 in column (1)
and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new serial
number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
“145. Maize (corn) starch 1108.1200”
