S.R.O. 701(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of
sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification
No. S.R.O. 69(I)/2006, dated the 28th January, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for the word “thirteen” the word “fourteen”
shall be substituted.
2. This Notification shall take effect from the 1st July, 2008.
