(SALES TAX AND FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 700(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34A
of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and sub-section (4) of section 16 of the Federal
Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
amendment shall be made and shall always be deemed to have been so made in
its Notification S.R.O. No. 511(I)/2008, dated the 5th June, 2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for the figure and word “30th June”, the figure
and word “31st July” shall be substituted.
