(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 720(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that in its Notification S.R.O. 536(I)/2008, dated the 11th June,
2008, the following amendments shall be made and deemed always to have
been so made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,-
(a) for serial number (6) in column (1), and the entries relating thereto
in columns (2) and (3) shall be substituted, namely:-
“6. Solvent C-9 2707.5000”;
(b) against serial numbers 7, 21, 22, 23, 26, 30, 40, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47,
48 and 49 in column (1), in column (3), for the figures 2903.3040,
2918.9010, 2919.0010, 2919.0090, 2921.1200, 2922.1300,
2930.2020, 2930.9030, 2930.9040, 2930.9050, 2930.9060,
2930.9070, 2930.9080, 2930.9090
the figures 2903.3940, 2918.9910, 2919.9010, 2919.9090,
2921.1990, 2922.1390, 2930.2030, 2930.2020, 2930.9030,
2930.9040, 2930.9050, 2930.9060, 2930.9070, 2930.9099 shall
respectively be substituted.
