1321/1998 S.R.O.1321(I).98. In exercise of the powers conferred by the first
proviso to sub-section (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of
Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its
Notification No.S.R.O 207(I)/98, dated the 31st March, 1998, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification for the words “and November” the comma and
words”, November and December” shall be substituted.
