S.R.O. 955 (I) /98.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,
1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the
Federal Government is plesed to direct that the following further amendments shall be
made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 818 (I) / 89.dated the 9th August, 1989, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, condition No. (13) shall be omitted.
