( SALES TAX )
S.R.O. 950 (I) /98.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of
section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that
the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 582 (I) /98, dated
the 12th June, 1998, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the first paragraph, in item (b), after the
word “energy”, at the end, the words “imported by, or supplied to, WAPDA, KESC and
power generation companies approved by the Federal Government “, shall be added.
