NOTIFICATION
(FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 830(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A,
and sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 655(I)/2007,
dated the 29th June, 2007, the following amendments shall be made and shall be
deemed always to have been so made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),
(a) for serial numbers 6, 7, 8 and 9 and the entries relating thereto in
columns (2) and (3), the following serial numbers and the entries
relating thereto shall be substituted, namely:-
“6. Meat of bovine animals, sheep, goat and 02.01, 02.02, 02.04 and
poultry 02.07
7. Cereals, rice and products of milling industry Chapter 10 and 11
8. Poultry feed and cattle feed including their Respective Headings
ingredients
9. POL products 27.10”;
(b) against serial number 25, in column (2), for the figure “644” the
figure “664” shall be substituted; and

(c) after serial number 28 and the entries relating thereto in columns
(2) and (3), the following new serial numbers and the entries
relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
