S.R.O. 221(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30
and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to
direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification
S.R.O. No.1160 (I)/96, dated the 6th October, 1996, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), Serial No. 6 and
the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
