NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 205(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(2) of section 16 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to
direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No.
S.R.O.1229(I)/2007, dated the 18th December, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) clauses (i) and (ii) shall be omitted; and
(b) in clause (iii), after the word “claim”, occurring for the first time,
the words “ of special excise duty” shall be inserted;
