S.R.O. 649(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of
section 6 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to
direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No.
S.R.O.650(I)/2005 dated 1st July, 2005, namely:-
In the said Notification, in the preamble, after the word “duty” the words and
comma “to the extent of seventy five percent,” shall be inserted.
