S.R.O.949(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( C ) of
section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue
is pleased to rescind its following Notifications, namely:-
(i) Notification No. S.R.O 830(I)/97, dated the 23rd
September, 1997;
(ii) Notification No. S.R.O 1222(I)/97, dated the 29th
November, 1997;
(iii) Notification No. S.R.O 537(I)/99, dated the 4th
May, 1999;
(iv) Notification No. S.R.O 538(I)/99, dated the 4th
May, 1999;
(v) Notification No. S.R.O 539(I)/99, dated the 4th
May, 1999;
(vi) Notification No. S.R.O 540(I)/99, dated the 4th
May, 1999; and
(vii) Notification No. S.R.O 541(I)/99, dated the 4th
May, 1999;
