GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS & REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 19th July , 2005. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 722 (I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.567(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (1) in the preamble, - (a) for the word "Table", wherever occurring, the word "Tables" shall be substituted; (b) the words, brackets and figure "column (5) of" shall be omitted; and (c) for the word "that" the word "those" shall be substituted; (2) in para 1,- (a) in clause (a), for the words and figures "against Serial Numbers 62 to 106" the words and figure "in Table II" shall be substituted; ((b) in clause (b), for the word and figure " Number 108" the figures and words "Numbers 74 and 75 of Table I" shall be substituted; (c) in clause (c), for the figures and word " Numbers 109 to 111" the figures and words "76 to 79 of Table I" shall be substituted; (d) in clause (d), for the figure " 112" the figure and words "80 of Table I" shall be substituted; (e) in clause (e), for the words and figures "Numbers 113 and 114" the words and figure "Number 81 of Table I" shall be substituted; and (f) in clause (f), for the and figure "115" the figure and words "82 of Table I" shall be substituted; and (3) for the existing Table, the following new Tables shall be substituted, namely:- "TABLE I S.No. | HS Code. | Description. | Rate of duty. | Conditions of import.
