Amendments in S.R.O. 575(I)/2005

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, REVENUE AND ECONOMIC AFFAIRS (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 6th August, 2005. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. (I)/2005. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification S.R.O. 575(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,- (1) against S.No.1 in column (1), in column (2), in paragraph (G), for the words and figures “Milk chillers above 3000 litre capacity” the words “Milk chillers irrespective of the fact whether manufactured locally or not” shall be substituted; and (2) after S.No. 20 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- “20A. | Air Handling Unit | 8415.8300 | 5% | 0% | Of those specifica-tions which are not manufac-tured locally.”.
