Amendment in S.R.O.567(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005

NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) SRO. 778(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.567(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table 1, (1) after Serial No.25 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “25A 3207.4010 Glass Frit 0% Nil"; and (2) after Serial Number 68 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- 68A 8704.1090 Other 5% Nil Dumpers of 320 HP and above 68B 8706.0000 Chassis fitted with engines, for the The rate Nil". motor vehicles of headings 87.01 applicable to to 87.05 the vehicle of which they form parts, but not exceeding 50% ________________________________________________________________ [C.No.3(4)Tar.I/2005/68/2005] (Shahid Ahmad) Additional Secretary
