S.R.O. 783(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its following Notifications with immediate effect, namely:-
1. S.R.O. 899(I)/96, dated the 25th September, 1996;
2. S.R.O. 1225(I)/97, dated the 10th December, 1997;
3. S.R.O. 412(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001;
4. S.R.O. 413(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001;
5. S.R.O. 414(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001;
6. S.R.O. 415(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001; and
7. S.R.O. 112(I)/2003, dated the 31st January, 2003.
