Amendments in S.R.O. 453(I)/2004, dated the 12th June, 2004

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) ***** Islamabad, the 6th August, 2005. NOTIFICATION CUSTOMS S.R.O. (I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 453(I)/2004, dated the 12th June, 2004, namely: - In the aforesaid Notification, - (1) in condition (vb), after the word “Officer”, the words, “or any other person or persons duly authorized by him from his organization” shall be inserted; and (2) in Table-I against S. No. 4, in column (2), after the word “vehicles”, the words, figures, brackets and sign, “and Euro-II(+) buses conforming to emission control standards” shall be inserted; and (3) in Table-II, in the Schedule, against S.
