This SRO amends the Notification No.S.R.O.570(I)/2005, dated the 6th June,2005

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) Islamabad,the 16th July,2005. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.720(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.570(I)/2005, dated the 6th June,2005, namely :- In the aforesaid Notification, in Table III, after serial no. 528 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “528A 871120 Motorcycles (including mopeds) and cycles; fitted with auxiliary motor, reciprocating internal combustion piston engine, of cylinder capacity exceeding 50 cc but not exceeding 250cc, with or without side-cars; side-cars”. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [C.No.4(49)ICM/2001-61/2005].
