Amendment in SRO 567(I)/2006, dated 5th June, 2006

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 26th June, 2006 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.663(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its notification SRO 567(I)/2006, dated 5th June, 2006, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 6th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (1) in Table-III,- (a) against serial number 1 in column (1),- (i) in column (2), the figure “2309.9000” shall be omitted; and (ii) in column (3), the words and brackets “choline chloride (feed grade)” shall be omitted. (b) against serial number 13, in column (1), in column 2, for the figure “2710.1951”, the figure “2710.1952” shall be substituted; (c) serial numbers 25, 31, 32, 33, 36, 37, 39, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 57, 58, 60 and 153 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted; and (d) against serial number 150, in column (1), in column (3) for the figure “84.70”, the figure 84.71” shall be substituted; and (e) against serial number 162 in column (1), in column (5), in condition (i), for the words “on highway dump trucks”, the words and commas “on or off highway dump trucks as the case may be,” shall be substituted; and (2) in Table-IV, serial numbers 32, 40, 45, 78, 89, and 91 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted; ________________________________________________________________________ [C.No. 3(3) Tar-I/06 /06] (Shahid Ahmad) Additional Secretary
