(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. (I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification S.R.O. 575(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, the following amendment shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), in S.No. 32,-
(i) against sub-serial number (55), in column (2), in column (3), for the figure “8529.1010” the figure “9027.8000” shall be substituted;
(ii) against sub-serial number (62), in column (2), in column (3), for the figure “8529.9090” the figure “8542.1000” shall be substituted;
(iii) against sub-serial number (81), in column (2), in column (3), for the figure “8544.5990” the figure “8529.9090” shall be substituted;
(iv) against sub-serial number (84), in column (2), in column (3), for the figure “8467.2100” the figure “8529.9090” shall be substituted;
(v) against sub-serial number (85), in column (2), in column (3), for the figure “8517.8010” the figure “8525.2030” shall be substituted;
(vi) against sub-serial number (89), in column (2), in column (3), for the figure “8802.1200” the figure “8529.9090” shall be substituted;
(vii) against sub-serial number (90), in column (2), in column (3), the figure “8529.9090” shall be inserted;
(viii) against sub-serial number (91), in column (2), in column (3), for the figure “8471.9090” the figure “8529.9090” shall be substituted; and
(ix) against sub-serial number (100), in column (2), in column (3), for the figure “8528.2190” the figure “8529.9090” shall be substituted.
