(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. (I)/2006. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 453(I)/2004, dated the 12th June, 2004, the following further amendment shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 6th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, -
(a) in Table-I, for serial number 2, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) the following shall be substituted, namely: -
“2 (i) Road tractors for semi-trailers and trailers (prime movers) 0%
of 280 HP and above falling under PCT heading 87.01
(ii) Other tractors 10%”; and
(b) in Table-I, for serial number 6 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) the following shall be substituted, namely: -
“6 (i) Vehicles of g.v.w not exceeding 5 tons falling under 20%
PCT heading 87.04
(ii) Vehicles of g.v.w exceeding 5 tons falling under 10%”.
