Jurisdiction of Collectorates - Amending SRO

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE ****** NOTIFICATION Islamabad the 24th October, 2023. S.R.O. 1480(1)/2023.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) and sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 2301(1)/2022, dated the 22nd day of December, 2022, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Schedule, in column (1), - (a) for serial No 2 and corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following shall be substituted, namely: - Chief Collector of (i) Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Custom Customs House, Karachi; Enforcement (ii) Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Ports) (South), Custom House, Karachi; and Custom House, (Hi) Collectorate of Customs, Hyderabad Karachi. for serial No 3 and corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following shall be substituted, namely: - Chief Collector of Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Quetta; Customs Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Quetta; Balochistan, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Taftan; Custom House, Collectorate of Customs Gwadar; and Quetta. Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Khuzdar"; against S.No.28, in column (3), sub-clauses (c) and (i) of clause (i) shall be omitted; and (d) against S.No.28A, in column (3), against clause (i), after sub-clause (i), the following new sub-clauses shall be added, namely:- "(I) customs station Bakka Khel; (k) customs station Terimengal;".
