(Customs)
S.R.O. 1388 (1)/98.- In Exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Custom
Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct the following further
amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 555(1)/98, dated the 13th June,
1998, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table-ll after s1.No.45 in column (1) and the enteries
relating thereto in column (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new S1. Noand the enteries
relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“46, Phosphatic rock 2510.1000 0% ad val. If imported by the Phosphatic Fertilizer
Industry “.
