S.R.O. 1007(I)/98.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint Mr.
Shahid Rahim Sheikh, Collector of Customs (Exports), Custom House, Lahore to
exercise the powers of Collector of Customs (Appeals), Lahore, under section 193 of the
said Act, in the case of M/s Riaz Bottlers Limited, Lahore, decided vide order-in-original
No. 39 dated the 13th September, 1997, bearing case No. V-Cus/SR-CRA/93-
94/452/2258, initially allocated case No. V-Cus SR/CRA/93-94/20, dated the 5th April,
1995, passed by the Assistant Collector Customs, Dry Port, Lahore.
