NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 793 (I)/98. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of
Section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to
direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 754
(I)/98, dated the 1st July, 1998, namely :-
In the aforesaid Notification,
in Table II, for S. No. 1 in column (1) and the entries
relating therein in columns (2) and (3), the following
shall be substituted, namely :-
“ Raw hides and skins, wet blue 20% ad val.
tanned hides and skins except
those imported and i.e. exported
vide Notification No. S.R.O. 1140 (1)/97,
dated the 6th November, 1997, or under
the Manufacturing in Bond Rules, 1997”.
