Islamabad, the 11th July, 1998. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 792 (I)/98. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 555(I)/98, dated the 12th June, 1998, namely :- In the aforesaid Notification, in table-II,- for Sl.No. 19 in column ( 1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) the following shall be substituted as under :- “19. ( i ) Gold 71.06 US$ 1.00 per If imported by companies 11.664 grams specifically, registered and authorized for the prupose by the Ministry of Commerce and the import duty is realized in foreign exchange. ( ii ) Gold 71.06 or.Ad.Val. If bought by Pakistani passengers upto one kilogram under the Personal Baggage Scheme, with six months stay Abroad and duty is realized in foreign exchange. ( b ) After Sl.No. 41 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new Sl. No. and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely :- “ 42. Second-hand or 84.71 0% ad.val. If impoter arranges reconditioned foreign exchange from computers his own resources and computers are not more than three years old.
