Exemption from Customs-duties and Slaes Tax on Import of Certain Goods by Airport Security Force

EXEMPTION FROM CUSTOMS-DUTIES AND SALES TAX ON IMPORT OF CERTAIN GOODS BY AIRPORT SECURITY FORCE Notification No. S.R.O. 746(I)/81, dated 9th July, 1981.--In exercise of the powers conferred by of section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and section 7 of the Sales Tax Act, 1951 (III of 1951), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt from payment of whole of the customs-duty and sale tax leviable thereon the goods specified in the table below to be imported by the Airport Security Force subject to the conditions that the Secretary or Additional secretary 25[or Joint Secretary], Aviation Division, Government of Pakistan, certifies that;- these are intended to be used for official purposes only and, these shall not be sold or otherwise disposed of without the prior approval of the Federal Government.
