EXEMPTION OF SALES TAX ON GOODS DONATED TO PRESIDENTS FUND FOR ASSISTANCE OF PALESTINE
48Notification No. S.R.O. 595(i)/82, dated 26th June, 1982.--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 7 of the Sales Tax Act, 1951 (III of 1951), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt the goods donated to "President Fund for Assistance to Palestine" from the tax payable under the said Act.
2. This Notification shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 22nd June, 1982.
