NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 483 (I)/2011.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification
No. S.R.O. 880(I)/2007, dated the 1st September, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in column (1),-
(a) against serial number 50, in column (3), after the word “Standard”, the
words “or calibrated” shall be added; and
(b) against serial number 59, in column (3), after the word “Elisa”, the words
“or Eclia” shall be inserted.
2. This Notification shall take effect on and from the 4th day of June, 2011.
