S.R.O. 880 (I)/2007. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause
(a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal
Government is pleased to exempt diagnostic kits or equipment, specified in
column (3) of the Table below, falling under the HS Codes specified in column (2)
of that Table, from the whole of sales tax leviable thereon under the Sales Tax
Act 1990, namely:-
