(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 400(I)/2011.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of
section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to
direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.
S.R.O. 231(I)/2011, dated the 15th March, 2011, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, the following new paragraph shall be added
and shall be deemed always to have been so added, namely:-
“2. This notification shall take effect on the 16th March, 2011.”.
