GOVERNMENT OF PAKSITAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) **** Islamabad, the 5th June, 2010 (NOTIFICATION) (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 396(I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (2) of section 3 and clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 313(I)/2006, dated the 31st March, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, for the word “six”, the word “seven” shall be substituted. 2.
