NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 266(I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub- section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 164(I)/2010, dated the 10th March, 2010, the following amendment shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, after the word “Sawabi”, the comma and word “, Nowshera” shall be inserted.
