GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 5th June, 2010 NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 395(I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 644(I)/2007, dated the 27th June, 2007, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (a) for the word -one‖, the word -two‖ shall be substituted; and (b) for the word -eighteen‖, the word -nineteen‖ shall be substituted. 2.
