S.R.O. 227(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of
sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification
No. S.R.O. 69(I)/2006, dated the 28th January, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, after the word “rapeseed”, the comma and
words “, sunflower seed” shall be inserted.
