(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 1234 (I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the second
proviso to sub-section (1) of section 8B of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of
Revenue is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 647(I)/2007, dated the
27th June, 2007, the following further amendment shall be made and shall be deemed to
have been made on the 1st July, 2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid notification, in the Table, after serial number 10 in column (1)
and the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and the
entry relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“11. Telecommunication Services”.
