(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 471(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of
section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that
the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.
509(I)/2007, dated the 9th June, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,-
(1) in column (1), for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto in
columns (2) and (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“2. Textile and articles thereof excluding Chapter 50 to Chapter
monofilament, sun sheding, Nylon 63 and other respective
fishing net, other fishing net, rope of headings excluding
poly ethylene and rope of nylon, tyre 5407.2000, 5608.1100,
cord fabric. 5608.1900,
5608.9000”.
(2) against serial number 87 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure
“3808.9200”, the figure “3808.9220” shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall take effect on and from the 14th June, 2009.
