(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 473(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification
No. S.R.O. 551(I)/2008, dated the 11th June, 2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, after serial number 18 in column (1), the
following new serial number and entries relating thereto, in column (1), (2)
and (3) shall be added, namely:-
“19. Cinematographic film exposed 3706.1000 and 3706.9000.”.
and developed.
2. This notification shall take effect on and from the 14th June, 2009.
