(SALES TAX)
S.R.O.16 (I)/2007-. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section
4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the
following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.533(I)/2006,
dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after serial number 28 in column (1)
and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial
numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“29 Enem Multi Textile Mills 0501520500146 24621400084000U
30 ITHFZ Mills Ltd. 0505500400137 27634400107010U
31 Wadud Woollen Mills 0501510900119 24621400049004U”.
