(SALES TAX)
S.R.O.14(I)/2007-. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section
4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the
following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.529(I)/2006,
dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,
(a) against Sr. No. 90 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure
“0408520133837” the figure “0408520900228” shall be substituted; and
(b) after serial number 116 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in
columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial numbers and the entries
relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“117 Haider Weaving Factory 0408520808337 27561300015001R
118 Salman Enterprises 0408520810219 21561200044001U
119 Punsota Weaving Factory 0408520810391 21561310596000U
120 Zulfiqar Enterprises 0408520808419 27561300011014U”.
