Zero Rate Notification

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE , ECONOMIC AFFAIRS STATISTICS & REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 8th January, 2007 NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O.13 (I)/2007-. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.528(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,- (a) against Sr. No.239 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure “0890999989773” the figure “0890999989773” shall be substituted; (b) against Sr. No. 248 in column (1), in column (4), for the figure “24312575000400U” the figure “22312575000400U” shall be substituted; (c) against Sr. No. 310 in column (1), in column (4), for the figure “24312356099200U” the figure “24312656099200U” shall be substituted; and (d) after serial number 411 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- “412 A.A.
