NOTIFICATION
(Sales Tax)
S.R.O. 1377(I)/99:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34A of the
Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1349(I)/99, dated the 17th
December, 1999 namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification:-
(i) for the figure and word "30th November", whenever occurring, the
figure and word "30th December" shall be substituted; and
(ii) for the figures, word and comma "30th December, 1999", whenever
occurring, the figures, word and comma "31st January, 2000" shall
be substituted.
