(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 1178(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (3) of section 6 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is
pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its
Notification S.R.O. No. 952(I)/98, dated the 5th September, 1998, namely:-
In the Table,-
(i) under heading "HYDERABAD" in column(3), in column (2), after
serial No. 32 and entry relating thereto, the following new
serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be added,
namely:-
"33. Kunri Branch, Umerkot.
34. Jhol Branch, Sanghar.
35. Mehrabpur Branch, District Naushahro Feroze.
36. Shahpur Chakar Branch, District Sanghar."
(ii) under heading "LAHORE", in column (3), in column (2), after serial
No. 46 and entry relating thereto, the following new serial numbers
and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
"47. Railway Road Branch, Kasur.
48. Raiwind City Branch, Raiwind.
49. Kahna Nau Branch, Ferozpur Road, Lahore.
50. Moon Market Allama Iqbal Town Branch, LAHORE."

(iii) under heading "MULTAN", in column (3), in Column (2), after serial
No. 65 and entry relating thereto, the following new serial numbers
and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
"66. Abdul Hakeem Branch, WAPDA Colony, Abdul Hakeem.
67. Kacha Khuh Brnach, Main Bazar Kacha Khuh.
68. Haram Gate Branch, Haram Gate, Multan."
(iv) under heading "PESHAWAR", in column (3), in Column (2), after
serial No. 32 and entry relating thereto, the following new serial
numbers and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

34. Main Branch, Bat Khella, Malakand Agency."
(v) under heading "RAWALPINDI", in Column (3), in Column (2), after
serial No. 35 and the entry relating thereto, the following new serial
numbers and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
"36. Murree Branch, Murree.
37. Ghora Gali Branch, Ghora Gali.
38. Kamra Branch, Kamra".
