S.R.O.1020 (I)/99. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to
sub-section (I) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its
Notification No.S.R.O.922 (I) /99 dated the 16th August,1999, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification ,in the table, against serial number 3(ii) in the
first column, in the second column, after the word "Afghanistan:, the words "and
Iran" shall be deleted.
