(Income Tax)
S.R.O.669(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (13) of section 239 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of
2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
amendment shall be made in its Notification No. SRO.593(I)/91 dated
June 30, 1991, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, clauses (vi) and (ix) shall be omitted
and shall be deemed to have been so omitted on the 30th June, 2007.
