S.R.O. 566(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (3) of section 159 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of
2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
further amendment shall be made in the First Schedule to the said
Ordinance, namely:-
In the First Schedule, in Part II, for the figure “5” the figure “2” shall
be substituted;
