(CAPITAL VALUE TAX)
S.R.O. 624 (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (10) of section 7 of the Finance Act, 1989 (V of 1989), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in
its Notification No. S.R.O. 614(I)/2007, dated the 18th June, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for the words “with immediate effect”
the words, figures and comma “from the 9th June, 2007” shall be substituted and
shall be deemed to have been so substituted from the 18th June, 2007.
