S.R.O. 901 (I) / 98.- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 4 of the Central
Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to empower the Additional
Collector, Central Excise, Gujranwala, to exercise all the powers of the Collector of
Central Excise, Gujranwala, under the Central Excises Act, 1944 ( I of 1944 ), and the
rules made thereunder except those specified in section 35 of the said act and rule 213 of
the Central Excise Rules, 1944, within the jurisdiction of the Collectorate in the
Collectorate of Customs and Central Excise, Gujranwala.
